[ she'd been looking to reach out herself, but aeryn beats her to it. when she first noticed the ping, nile wonders if it'll be easier in simply responding, but no, it is not. maybe it's not entirely polite or equal, but her response comes in a text form instead. they'll speak face to face soon enough. ]
